Payment Terms

These Payment Terms describe how billing works for antivirus and internet security subscriptions purchased through AV-Assist.online, operated by GFM Holdings LLC.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not accept cash, wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency or remote-access payments. Anyone requesting one of those methods is not authorized to collect payment on our behalf.

Currency & Authorization

All charges are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment information, you authorize GFM Holdings LLC, doing business as AV-Assist.online, to charge the payment method on file for the amount of the subscription, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Pricing & Promotional Offers

Promotional pricing applies for the stated introductory term. After the introductory term, the subscription renews at the then-current standard rate set by the underlying software publisher. Standard rates are subject to change. Final pricing, eligibility and applicable fees are confirmed by an AV-Assist specialist at the time of enrollment.

Taxes & Fees

Prices shown do not include sales tax, VAT, GST or any other regulatory fees that may be required by your jurisdiction. Those amounts will be added to your total at checkout where applicable.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term using the payment method on file, unless canceled in accordance with the underlying publisher's terms. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us or the publisher directly.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may lapse and protection on your devices may be deactivated by the underlying publisher.

Billing Descriptor

Charges from AV-Assist.online will typically appear on your statement as "GFM HOLDINGS" or "AV-ASSIST". If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
