Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through AV-Assist.online, a child brand of GFM Holdings LLC. Because the underlying software is delivered electronically and activated immediately, refund eligibility is governed by the terms below and, where applicable, the underlying publisher's own refund terms.

30-Day Refund Window

New subscriptions purchased through AV-Assist may be eligible for a full refund of the amount charged for the initial term if you contact us in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date and the request meets the conditions in this policy.

Auto-Renewal Refunds

For renewal charges (after the initial term), a refund may be issued if you contact us within 60 days of the renewal charge, you have not used the software extensively during the renewal period, and the renewed subscription has been canceled.

Non-Refundable Items

  • License keys that have already been activated, redeemed or transferred.
  • Subscriptions canceled after the applicable refund window above.
  • Charges from the underlying publisher made directly to your account outside of AV-Assist.
  • Promotional or bundled add-ons explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase.
  • Applicable taxes, regulatory fees and third-party processing fees, where non-recoverable.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@av-assist.online from the address on file. Include your full name, order reference or last four digits of the card used, and a brief reason for the request. We may ask you to confirm cancellation of the underlying subscription before processing the refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The time required for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most refund disputes can be resolved faster directly with AV-Assist support.
